The R2-3G Program Support Contract awarded to VSE in July 2010 provides Federal Program Managers with a flexible, rapid-response acquisition vehicle that can support nearly any Government requirement. The Government, forced to deal with deteriorating inventories and shrinking budgets, requires rapid access to a broad range of technical and non-technical services, equipment providers and integrators during all phases of a program's life-cycle.
The R2-3G is U.S. Army Communications-Electronics Command’s (CECOM) contract vehicle to provide valuable, cost effective and responsive support provided to the Department of Defense (DoD) and other federal agencies.
The R2-3G Program consists of an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quality (ID/IQ) contract with the option to issue Time and Material (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), or Cost Reimbursable (CR) Task Orders (TO). This five year contract is open to all federal agencies. The R2-3G Program supports most aspects of contracting required by federal agencies. The contract offers significant advantages by providing Federal Government departments and agencies the ability to place work on contract that is user friendly, provides extremely competitive program cost and an aggressive approach to utilizing small business skills and capabilities.
